The Goal:
To build a strong and recognizable personal brand for Tharihasa across multiple digital platforms. The objective was to increase audience reach, grow engaged communities, and establish a consistent content strategy across TikTok and YouTube while positioning the brand for long-term monetization and partnerships.

When the collaboration began, the brand presence across platforms lacked a clear growth strategy and structured content management. The channels were active but not optimized for audience growth, engagement, or monetization. In addition, managing multiple platforms simultaneously required a clear system for content planning, audience targeting, and platform-specific growth strategies.

The Result
Through strategic content planning, platform optimization, and consistent social media management, the brand experienced significant growth across platforms. Grew TikTok audience to over 10,000 followers and built an additional 5,000-follower account through targeted content strategy. Managed and optimized three YouTube channels under the Tharihasa brand. Successfully grew one YouTube channel to 5,000+ subscribers. Achieved YouTube monetization approval, enabling the channel to generate revenue. Strengthened the Tharihasa brand identity, ensuring all collaborations and brand opportunities were positioned under the creator’s personal brand. This structured digital strategy transformed the channels into a growing creator ecosystem with scalable audience reach and monetization potential.
